Expo & Park Vendor Information
The Expo is more than just packet pick-up — it’s a chance to connect directly with a crowd that values health, movement, and community. Runners and participants will be on-site to pick up their shirts and race materials, but they’ll also be spending time exploring local businesses and organizations that support fitness, wellness, and the outdoors.
For participants who prefer to register in person, the Expo is the place to do it. A registration station will be available for last-minute sign-ups, and participants who register on-site will still receive their event shirt. This creates steady foot traffic and strong engagement throughout the event.
Vendors also have the option to participate on Parade Day in Acacia Park, placing their business in the heart of downtown during one of the busiest days of the year. Vendor space is limited for both the Expo and Acacia Park, and participation in either event requires advance registration.
Vendor sign-up closes March 1.
Space is limited and availability is not guaranteed.

Additional Vendor Opportunity: Corporate Cup Challenge
Vendors are also invited to participate in the Corporate Cup Challenge, a team-based run that allows businesses to compete together while supporting the event. It’s a simple way to involve staff, build camaraderie, and take part beyond the vendor booth.
Participation in the Corporate Cup Challenge is optional and separate from vendor registration. Details, rules, and team registration information are available here:

Corporate Cup registration is limited and subject to availability.
