In consideration of entering my application, I hereby release Grand Prix of Running, its Organizing Committee, O’Donnell & O’Donnell, llp; the City of Colo Springs and all Gov Agencies whose property and/or personnel are used, and other sponsoring or co-sponsoring companies or individuals from responsibility for any injuries or damages I may suffer as a result of my participation in this event. I hereby certify I am in good physical and mental condition and am able to safely compete. I hereby consent to receive emergency medical treatment, at my own expense, which may be deemed necessary in the event of injury, accident or illness during the event. I hereby permit the use of my name & picture in news releases & advertising releases. I understand my entry fee is non-refundable & will abide by all rules of this event. I understand No baby joggers, animals or headsets are allowed in the event. I certify my compliance by submitting my application.
